Reiji Kasumi

Reiji is a Special Permanent Beast who appears to have vampiric qualities. He works as a cleaner alongside his partner Getsu, preventing crime within the Masquerade. Of the two, Reiji is more reserved with an overly frank personality, but despite this he gets along well with his partner and is glad to have made friends with both Mei and Kei after meeting the two of them.

~!In reality Reiji is not a Vampire but a "Brocken", effectively a gaseous being that must take Human Tonic to remain as a human, rather than the typical Monster Tonic that allows humans to temporarily become beasts. Like his werewolf partner he is a Mythic Beast, but a natural one with thicker blood.!~
