The Fallen Lamb

In 1960s America, stoic and solitary ranch hand Dennis is hired for a summer of shepherding under a strange warning: trust nothing but the sheep. A month in, a stranger named Tod appears, claiming to be a hunter passing through. Though Dennis is wary, he finds himself slowly drawn to the man, unsettled by the pull between suspicion and desire. As the line between threat and connection blurs, tragedy strikes when a coyote slips past his guard and kills one of the flock. With loyalty shaken and feelings he can’t name, Dennis must choose. Will he hold on to his doubt, or take a chance on the one thing he’s been told not to trust?
