Sakikusa no Saku Koro

Sumika's main hobbies are drawing and looking through the binoculars the house of her two cousins: Akio, whom Sumika is in love with, but who seems to change girls continuously; and Chinatsu, brilliant in the study and responsible, but who would like to attend the same university as her. Sumika looks fascinated this world from "the other side", through the lenses, fantasizing about Akio bringing home his best friend instead of the girls...
