Kanata Kisaragi is an editor who began working at a publishing company due to his love for picture books. But when he transfers from the children's books department to the literature department, he's put in charge of convincing Itsuki Sakuraba, the notoriously fastidious illustrator, to collaborate on a project. When Kanata is ordered to tidy up the reference materials at Sakuraba's office one day, Kanata accidentally gets aroused. Without a second thought, Sakuraba reaches into Kanata's pants and makes expert use of his hands to help give him that sweet release, not forgetting to steal a few kisses along the way. The next day, Sakuraba returns to being his usual grumpy self, which only confuses Kanata further. Thus begins a sweet romance between a pure-hearted, endearingly unaware editor, and an irritable artist who becomes enamored by him.
