The Depths of the Unseen

Chi Hsiaochen, a cheerful sophomore majoring in traditional opera, accidentally picked up a ghost marriage red envelope at his sister's wedding. Following the elders' decision, he ended up in a ghost marriage with the Bai family. On their wedding night, he discovered that the “bride” he married was Bai Shaoyun, a somewhat difficult-to-get-along-with young master from ancient times.

Shaoyun insisted that the ghost marriage was a mistake, and that the Bai family had married off the wrong person. To achieve a painless divorce, the two had no choice but to take on a short-term job for the underworld, enticed by an Impermanence. Their task: to resolve the ghost-catching mission at the opera school, where an overwhelming flood of worries had transformed into inner demons. As they delved into the students' deeply buried troubles, they gradually opened their hearts to each other, developing mutual attraction.
