This is about the daily life of Nozaki-san, who longs for a shoujo manga world yet hasn't noticed that her own brother is a popular shoujo manga artist -- a comedy about a girl with a shoujo manga brain!!

This is a spin-off of Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun and takes place three years after the main timeline. Based on the the author's original idea to have Umetarou Nozaki's younger sister Yumeko as the protagonist of the original story.
