The remains of a pair of men and women who sank to the bottom of the sea. That was one of the consequences of the Kinki upheaval that engulfed the whole of Japan and triggered the division of east and west. It's been 13 years since. The delicate peace, which was maintained between the east and the west, seemed on the verge of collapsing again. IXOLDE, a sacred treasure and strong artefact, was regenerated in the Osaka area. In order to prevent the launch of the artefact, Hidehisa Nakamura, the preseident of the Tokyo area invaded the neutral Nagoya area together with citizens of Zenon City.
