Synopsis
Tsuge's debut work based on the Shourui Awaremi no Rei, an edict which existed in the early days of the Edo period during the reign of shogun Tokugawa Tsunayoshi. It depicts the exploits of a mysterious messenger, Hakumen Yasha, who saves people suffering due to the evil law.
