One of Jürgen's few female classmates at the Air Force Academy. Despite her small stature, Vikman was a candidate for the Olympics in judo as a black belt, but voluntarily quit when she was accused of doping by a rival with political power.
Vikman is taciturn, composed, adept and solution-oriented; the rest of her team view her as very reliable. As a TSF pilot early on, Vikman is only outclassed by Jürgen. Vikman is often seen reading in her free time, and read Kafka and Tolstoy to try and learn more about the Russians, whose relations she viewed with the East Germans as indispensable.
