Rei's twin brother and a sensitive artist, Sei committed suicide during their last year of junior high. Rei was raised to protect him, and thus blames himself for his brother's death. ~!Near the end of the series Kira, and only Kira, finds out that Sei mainly killed himself to make Rei suffer. She finds a secret suicide note he wrote which explained this.!~
