Monodam

Height: 52cm (1'7")

One of five Monokubs featured in Danganronpa V3: Killing Harmony. They control the Ultimate Academy for Gifted Juveniles alongside Monokuma, their father.

Monodam is somewhat of an outcast among the Monokubs. He is very quiet and rarely speaks, but when he does, he speaks in short sentences in a monotone robotic voice, making him appear emotionless He tends to have no visible reaction when others speak to him, just silently staring at them. Like all the Kubs, Monodam imitates Monokuma by constantly calling the students "you bastards" and having his own version of his father's signature laughー a monotone "pu-hu-hu-hu". Monodam is constantly bullied by Monokid, both verbally and physically. This is said to be the reason why Monodam has "closed his heart long ago". He appears to protest very little or even react against the abuse he endures. However, he later states he strongly dislikes bullying.

~!Later, Monodam kills the siblings who bullied him and forces the rest into submission with threats of violence. Monodam first kills Monokid in chapter 1 by pushing him into Kaede Akamatsu's execution, and then in chapter 2, kills Monosuke by pushing him into Kirumi Tojo's execution. In chapter 3, Monodam usurps Monokuma and becomes a temporary headmaster. He accuses Monokuma of treating his children like slaves, though later Monokuma claims that he was just taking a vacation and let the kubs take over while he was away. During this time, Monodam acts extremely passive aggressive, constantly saying that everyone should get along and be friends or else "he won't forgive them", and physically abusing his remaining siblings when they do something he sees as wrong. Despite this, the other two Kubs left, Monophanie and Monotaro, are seen talking back to him or ignoring him completely. At the end of chapter 3, Monodam ends up killing himself by running into flames during Korekiyo's execution, most likely because he thought he was incapable of getting along with his siblings anymore.!~

~!At the end of chapter 5, Monokuma rebuilds Monodam and the other Monokubs, bringing them back into the game. During the chapter 6 Class Trial, Monokuma places them all under a threat of being exploded if they don't make good arguments, and Monodam begins showing more concern for his siblings and talks more than he used to. He advises his siblings to be quiet and listen to the conversation multiple times, and unlike them, Monodam is capable of staying calm and making logical arguments. He also becomes more aggressive during the final Class Trial and participates in it to try and protect his siblings and the Mastermind. Monodam is blown up by Monokuma after warning the other Kubs not to shout so much or their father will yell at them.!~
