About
Leader of his Space Police Kaisers team, Exkaiser came to Earth with the rest of his team in pursuit of the Space Pirate Geister, a group of dangerous criminals seeking to steal the planet's treasures. His possession of Jin`ichi Hoshikawa's sports car leads him to befriend Jin`ichi's son Kouta, who serves as his human ally. Exkaiser has a strong sense of justice as well as always following his moral code, refusing to take a life even if it belongs to that of a villain.
