Artur Blouse is the father of Sasha Blouse and a hunter in the Dauper village. It was his words that motivated Sasha to leave home and join the military.
Artur appears to be a mature father figure who is deeply devoted to his clan. Though he appreciates his way of life, he realizes that many people's homes were taken by Titans and that they must share the forest for the greater good. He appears to be very wise, willing to accept change and move beyond their traditions if it meant a better way of life for everyone, and is very clearly a selfless person who puts others before himself. Like his daughter, he has a native Dauper accent.

After his daughter Sasha saved Kaya, he and his wife decided to adopt her and open their home up to other orphaned children whose family was slain by the titans, going so far as to refer to them as his "family."!~
