Saburou was a pack leader who saved and took care of the Borzoi brothers Rocket, Jet, and Missile after they were abandoned in the mountains five years before the events in GDW. He was killed by Husky brothers Sakon and Ukon. Before he died he told the Borzoi brothers to live with a purpose.
