An upperclassman at Kimberly Magic Academy. Leoncio leads the "old council" faction, representing the conservative movement on the Kimberly Magic Academy campus. In 1531 he ran to succeed the outgoing President of the Student Council, but lost to Alvin Godfrey and the Kimberly Campus Watch.
Leoncio once dueled Godfrey, who scarred Leoncio's face in the battle. According to Vera Miligan, the scars on his face could have been healed long ago, but he is keeping them for some personal reason.
