Highnoon, also known by her real name Rebecca Bernstein, is a member of the Hero Clan and the twin sister of Chaos.
Similar to her brother, Highnoon is a self-aware wild card that's earned a reputation for being crazy and eccentric. Despite being a hero, she has no true allegiance to the Hero Clan, but rather the friends and family she's made in it, with her decisions in life being made to protecting what she has the best she could.
