At first she disliked Asuna due to Asuna's Zeon background. However, they have overcome their differences and became best friends. They live in the same dorm and she's Asuna's roommate. She tries to help Asuna by training her in the morning. She also tries to gently push Asuna to pursue her first love, Shinn. Emilu is a real hardworking sweetheart with maternal qualities. While she seems like a happy-go-lucky girl, she lost her parents in the one year war after which her siblings had to be separated. She entered École du Ciel in hopes that she would be able to bring her siblings together again. She looks young but she is in fact older than Asuna.
