Oto is very calculating and forces Mayu and Yuu to do things to make sure the secret doesn't get out. she seems to have no fear of the secret being know and also exerts her force so much that at some points that Yuu has to step in and stand up for Mayu who usually is the one being most pressured as Oto sees Mayu a the weakest link in the three of them.
