A girl with the ability to fast-forward time. Myeong-Ji is viewed by her peers as being quiet and reclusive, though this is mainly caused by her overuse of her powers, during which she isn't conscious of her actions. She unwillingly enters a conflict involving the other wielders of time powers, and teams up with another wielder—a boy named Yeong-Ho—to survive.
