Cavanaugh first appears to Mingchao to be a proper lady of prestige, but later reveals to them that she is a high ranking member of the Syndicate. ~!She uses Mingchao and gains her trust long enough to have Mingchao give her the Eto Gun "temporarily" in exchange for medicine for Baskerville. She becomes a persistent and blood-thirsty villain after she loses her eye in a train accident involving Mingchao and her friends.!~ Source: manga
