Hachiouji is Kuroto Nakano's only friend from college. He is a natural lady-killer and has spirit sight. He acts on his whims quite often and would drag Nakano around for surprise trips during their time in college together.
He does not question Senko's ears and tails when they first meet after he tries to surprise visit Nakano.
