He is one of the higher standing people of Haguros followers and has a great boxing ablity. ~!Haguro has nearly beaten him to death in a brutal and dreadfull way. After that Akira found him and brought him to the hospital. He also give his blood Chiba with frightful consequenses: Chiba gained Akiras "wolf-ablities" (he can heal every wound that he gets and has a frightening strength) and went crasy, also with the aim to take revenge on Haguro. While transforming into a ogre-like monster, he fails to kill Haguro and dies by his sword.!~
