The antagonist of Osamu Tezuka's manga, MW. After witnessing a horrific gas leak which killed all of the inhabitants of an island, Michio lost his sense of morality as a child. As an adult he seems like a successful banker, but is secretly a heinous criminal. He frequently confesses to his crimes to Father Garai but they also share a physical relationship.
