Maiko's partner. Simon is cold to those he doesn't usually speak to, and can be scary at times. He takes his job seriously and understands how terrifying the world of Choujins truly is. He also believes that being a Choujin is "inconvenient by nature".

~!In Chapter 28, Simon shows off a much more friendly, optimistic side of his personality when helping Tokio learn how to fly. He quickly hides this soon after, but becomes closer to Tokio as a result of their training together.!~
