Kisaragi Kaori is a 1st Lieutenant in the Imperial Royal Guard and participated in the defense of Kyoto during the BETA invasion of Japan in 1998, entrusted as the commander of the unit formed during the Arashiyama Defense Battle. She's highly regarded for her ability to lead student-guards with great communication and her ability to mount a mobile defense.
Her red TSF and fortified suit separate her as a personal guard of a member of a Regent house. They are skilled and elite retainers whose only job is that of bodyguard and hold authority during times of emergency.
