Born on the planet Radion. A member of the Universal Peace Corp. His mission is to determine if Earth is ready for admittance into the Galactic Union of Worlds. He adopts the persona of Papii (Bobby), a normal boy, to fit in on Earth, though his real identity is that of Prince Planet. When faced with enemies, he transforms from Bobby to Prince Planet.
