Cecilus Segmunt

Cecilus is a young man who has blue eyes, dark blue hair and a signature mole on his left side of his chin. He wears a blue kimono that he obtained from Kararagi one of the four great nations. Cecilus is sighted to be charming, easy going and generous. But deep down he is very prideful, specifically when it comes to his position in the Nine God generals. His sole goal is to achieve the "Heavenly Sword" title.

~! Cecilus wields two of the Ten Swords of Power. Both of the "swords" he wields are actually katanas.
Murasame: or the "Fiend Sword" Is the red blade and is Cecilus's main weapon.
Masayume: or the "Dream Sword" Is the blue blade and is Cecilus's secondary weapon.

Along with his two main katanas Ceclius is also know to carry two short swords !~

~! Cecilus main ability is known as "Blue Thunder" with his skill he is able to attack his opponents with as the name suggests "Blue Thunder" which is cited to be the origin of his epithet. He may also imbue his katanas with power to use to attack. !~

~! Cecilus is cited to be able to move as fast as lightning, surpassing human senses. !~

~! Cecilus is extremely powerful. He is one of the known of three characters that are around Reinhard's level of power. (The others being Halibel and the Crazed Prince). !~
