Stride Vollachia

Stride was a sinister noble from Vollachia who played a prominent antagonistic role in Sword Demon Battle Ballad where he aimed to oppose the 'observers', four decades before the start of the main story.

~!He is a Sin Archbishop of the Witch Cult, representing Pride. However, he himself didn't have any faith in the Witch of Envy. Stride is also the only one among the archbishops to not be named after a star from Subaru's original world.!~

~!In the months following the end of the Demi-Human War, Stride kicked off his destructive rampages across the Kingdom of Lugunica, causing irreparable damage. Roughly 3–4 months after his initial appearance, Stride summoned the Black Dragon in the regional capital of Picoutatte, starting an incident that would come to be known as the Subjugation of the Evil Dragon — one of the worst days the Kingdom has ever experienced.!~
