Billy Craig

Billy Craig (ビリー・クレイグ, Birī Kurēgu), who was also known as "Caracal" (カラカル, Karakaru), was a chief member of Ideal. He also worked for the American Embassy.

He was an imposing man with short wavy fair-coloured hair, a generally snide expression on his face and was often seen wearing three-piece suits. Underneath his suit hid a visibly powerful and muscular body. However, Billy's most distinguishing feature are his ears which have black birthmark-like markings on them (fitting his epithet).

Billy Craig was a very proud and domineering individual, enjoying and doing things as he pleased. He was also quite crass and shamelessly racist, referring to the vast majority of the Japanese he encounters as "monkeys" and even openly remarking that he was a "monkey-hating foreigner". Billy is also a bigot; he doesn't like men touching him and dislikes the idea of "groping" a man, but has no problem groping women. He later stated that he hated gambles.
