Horinuki is the youngest of the Houchou sisters. With her exceptional learning aptitude, she grasps various crafts and arts, but sometimes allows her imagination to run wild, and is called out for misinformation. Wherever she goes, she strives to assist her eldest sisters and talks proudly of them when speaking to others. She tends to be over-excited with anything that links to Kuwana Gou, Horinuki praises her to a point of seemingly idolizing her.
