A gear that functions as a barber and makeup artist. Lush is a professional at his work and is eager to cut anyone's hair. He survived the war and continues to remain in a barber shop.
~!When Roue and Chrome meet him, he requests to cut Roue's hair as he hasn't been able to for a long time, and eventually is able to. After the haircut, he wishes to see her again when her hair grows out, knowing that she is human just from touching her hair.!~
