Frederick (Japanese: フレデリク Frederik) is a character in Fire Emblem Awakening. Though he is a Great Knight, he plays a role similar to early Paladins in previous installments of the series. He serves as Chrom's cool and collected deputy of the vigilante force, the Shepherds.
