He is a former member of the Miyamori Junior High Ice Hockey Team in Tomakomai, and he had played hockey with Dohi and Fuji since elementary school. Even though most of the best players started to leave Miyamori ~!due to its scheduled closure!~ and people suggest that he should transfer to Hokuryou, he decides to stay and became Miyamori's captain.
After graduating middle school he then joins Oinokami High School Team.
