Toru, Dai and Yukari's grandpa. Although he comes off as clumsy and carefree, he's quite wise and observant, being able to see through Yukari's plans to sabotage Komugi.
He's also weak to Komugi's charms, often trying to peep on her when she's bathing and drinking her bathwater.
