He appears to be a scale / human hybrid and is often hooked to a pulley system on the ceiling. He sings the lines; "Do you know, who I am? They call me Judgement Boy". He'll often stop and ask a very difficult question, choosing between love and money, then weigh the answer by what he sees in their soul.
