Jin-Tae, much like Kim Shin, Pi Woo-Jin and Kim Dae-Geon, was one of the trainees under Kang Min-Seung, but much of his past is unknown. He is, however, immensely loyal to Shin and his right-hand man, the one who is most loyal to him and the one who most commonly keeps him company and aids him in both combat and in difficult times. A natural jokester, good-humoured and flirtatious man, many do not take Jin-Tae seriously until it is too late, when they fully realize that he is also one of Iskra's deadliest killers.
