About

A peculiar man in a traditional Japanese garb and a fox mask who felt a "karmic connection" to Ii.

Catchphrase: "We'll meet again, if we have a connection."

~!His main philosophy is that no matter what humans may try, they can't escape fate, and that every decision that's available to them are ultimately meaningless with every divergence being corrected according to destiny. Two concepts form the core of his philosophy:

Back Nozzle: The belief that events important to the "story" would happen in some form or another since the "story" can't be changed. He states that Ii, Rizumu and himself would have a similar conversation even if the time and place are different.

Jail Alternative: The concept that events that were intended to happen will happen anyway, regardless of the people involved. He explains that the meaning and result would remain the same, but the people involved can easily be substituted, even himself and Rizumu.!~

~!During his first conversation with Ii, he states that he's standing outside the story; he's been exiled from karma; he's been expelled from causality. He also calls himself "half-assed and vague" as a result of past events and his current place outside of the story. Because of this, he has to use other people (mainly the Thirteen Stairs) to act in his place.!~

~!On his second conversation with Ii, he remarks that the "soul" within Ii is reminiscent of his own as Humanity's Worst, and his goal is to witness the Dying Epilogue, which is the idea that all events that has occurred will eventually lead to one point regardless of how related or unrelated the events, coincidences and meetings are when leading up to that point.!~

~!Before leaving the clinic, he claims Ii as his enemy and states that Jun Aikawa is his daughter!~

Prior to his first appearance,

~!Ii makes a remark when speaking with his old teacher, Miyoshi Kokoromi, about how he heard through the grapevine that a Japanese person with a strange name was a candidate for the Seven Fools. Tomo Kunagisa also remarks about a "genius machinist who brought electronic darkness onto the entire world with a mere 16 byte program." He is "One that far surpasses Cluster that once existed, the existence called Desert Fox-"!~
