The mysterious and charismatic grade I, rank 2 fighter. Promoted by the Federation from rank 9 as successor to the late Harmid Ali Kaka. His accomplishments during the European War were second only to those of Oliver E. Kingsley. They were the only two M.M.A. fighters present for the signing of the peace treaty at the North Bank Conference. After the war, Arthur kept a low profile outside the ring and became involved in charity work. Due to his compassion for those nations that had lost the war people called him the impartial savior.
